Well, I've had the idea for this story rattling around since High School. I managed to pound out the first chapter for a creative writing project. And then after that... well. You know how it is. So I've finally picked it up again. I have to say, this is going to be a far cry from what I wrote back then!
What kind of story is it? A Fantasy/Romance. Yeah, I know. But I'm hoping to make it a politically intriguing, action-y, fantasy romance. It's far more interesting to have the romance be affected by the politics, than the other way around- unless you're dealing with the Trojan War. But that's been done.
